The Auction Centre is a limited liability partnership registered under Section 17 and 20 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act. The company is licensed to carry out the business auction
yard services, vehicular storage and warehousing within the Republic of Kenya.

clients by inculcating hard work, integrity and honesty in our undertakings.

LOCATION

The yard and auction centre is securely located in the heart of the serene
Ridgeways estate, along High view lane, Ridgeways road, off Kiambu road. It is well
secured and installed with CCTV cameras that cover it in its entirety as well as
manned by security guards, day and night, and is in close proximity to a police post.

The Auction Centre Incorporates:-

• Geoffrey Kang’ethe
• James Githere.

The Auction Centre LLP does for the first time bring two auction firms in partnership to maintain continuity for our service providers in the event of any mishap. But above all, this partnership also gives our service providers latitude as to the Auction professionals within The Auction Centre LLP.
Our offices are situated in Ridgeways Estate, High View Lane, where we have ample and secure premises to store motor vehicles as well as space to display chattels, neatly arranged as though they were in their premises, for sale at their true values by public auction

Mr. Josiah is an Auctioneer of 37 years standing.

Is a member of the NAKA, is President of EACBAA and was National Chairman of the National Association of Kenya Auctioneers.
Was appointed member of the Auctioneers Licensing Board by the Chief Justice and served in that capacity for 8 years:-
Mr. Josiah published the very first hand book for the Auctioneers Profession.
Mr. Josiah presently specializes on realizing charged securities countrywide and has very busy offices in Kisumu handling Western Kenya and Nairobi regions.
In Kisumu, he has maintained a secure storage facility that is insured to the sum of Kshs 50 million against Terrorism and Political exercises in Kisumu.

Mr. Kang’ethe equally brings on board vast experience.

He has been Chairman of the National Association of Kenya Auctioneers (NAKA)
He has been a member of the Auctioneers Licensing Board appointed by the Chief Justice Gicheru.
Mr. Kang’ethe assisted immensely in the publishing of the first handbook.

Mr. Githere who has a background in the real estate industry,

brings to this partnership his vast business experience and his contribution to the intended creation of a secondary auction market by The Auction Centre LLP, is well thought out and we believe his presence and input will positively impact this undertaking.
